Change of Registered Office Address

Incorpro's new registered address in Athlone
Registered Office Address

What is changing?

As Incorpro continues to grow, we’re relocating to a larger office to better support our clients and team. If your company uses our address as its official Registered Office, this move means your company’s legal address will be updated as well.

New Address Details

From 1 May 2025, our new Registered Office address will be:

Unit 2, 2 Bridge Street
Athlone
Westmeath
N37 F1W4

What is not changing?

You will continue to receive your company’s post as normal. Any correspondence we receive on your company’s behalf will be scanned daily and made available to you via your MyIncorpro Dashboard. Our mail-handling processes remain fully operational, ensuring no disruption to how you access official documents and notices.

What Incorpro Will Handle — and What We’ll Ask of You

What Incorpro will handle

Incorpro will update your company's Registered Office Address with both the Companies Registration Office (CRO) and Revenue. There is no action required on your part for these official updates.

What you need to do

From 1 May 2025, you should update the registered office address anywhere else that it is currently used — for example, on invoices, your website, email signatures, or with your bank.

Please ensure these updates are completed by 31 May 2025. From 1 June 2025, any post sent to the old address will be returned to sender unopened.

This is an exciting time for Incorpro as we continue to grow and evolve. We’re truly grateful for your ongoing trust and support. Our commitment remains the same: to deliver best-in-class support and technology that helps your business stay compliant, informed, and ahead of the curve.

For Companies Currently Registering with Us

If your company is registering with Incorpro around the time of our address change, there’s nothing you need to worry about. From 1 May 2025, we will automatically use our new Registered Office address when submitting your company’s details to the Companies Registration Office (CRO). If your company is in the process of registration during the transition, we’ll file a B2 form to update the CRO accordingly. The only thing to do is to review and sign the B2 form we prepare for you.
