Athlone, 22 May 2026. Incorpro, the Irish company formation, accounting and compliance practice, has been named Client Service Award at the 2026 Irish Accountancy Awards, held on the evening of Thursday, 21 May 2026 at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre.

The Client Service Award is one of the most highly contested categories in the Irish accounting profession. It recognises practices that have set the ultimate benchmark for client care across the industry, measured rigorously through direct client feedback, operational responsiveness, and the overall quality of the ongoing advisory relationship. Incorpro was shortlisted alongside a number of leading Irish firms and was named the winner at a gala ceremony attended by more than 500 industry figures, including senior representatives from Chartered Accountants Ireland, CPA Ireland, and ACCA Ireland.

The award was collected on behalf of the firm by Orlagh Shine, Marketing Executive at Incorpro. Central to Incorpro's successful submission were the real-world insights and testimonials provided by its client base. In particular, the firm extended its sincere appreciation to Ciara Greaney, Director at White Spire (www.whitespire.ie), who provided invaluable insights into their first-hand experience of working with Incorpro in the application process.

Further highlighting the firm’s comprehensive operational excellence, Incorpro was also named a finalist at the 2026 awards in three additional categories, specifically Medium Practice of the Year, Online Practice of the Year, and Best Use of Technology. This broad recognition underscores the sheer depth of performance delivered by the Athlone-based team across the entire awards programme. Last night’s win continues an exceptional period of growth for the Midlands practice, which was named Small Practice of the Year at the 2025 Irish Accountancy Awards.

Tonight’s recognition continues a strong run for the Midlands practice, which was named Small Practice of the Year at the 2025 Irish Accountancy Awards.

Commenting on the award, Andrew Doherty, CEO of Incorpro, said:

“Client service is the measure that matters most to us because our clients are not buying accounts, tax returns or filings in isolation; they are trusting us to remove stress, keep them compliant and give them confidence in their business. The technology we build is important, but it only matters if it helps clients get clearer answers, faster turnaround times and a better experience. This award belongs to the team members who speak to clients every day, solve problems, follow up, and make Incorpro feel like a partner rather than just another professional service provider.”
