Prepare and File B1 Annual Return with the CRO — Only €119 + VAT

This service involves the preparation and filing of your company's first B1 Annual Return, subsequently submitting it to the Companies Registration Office (CRO) in Ireland from €119 + VAT (which includes the €20 CRO fee).

We will compile the B1 Annual Return which will contain the details of the Director(s), Secretary and Shareholder(s). We will then submit this to the CRO by the Annual Return Date so that the company complies with Irish Company Law.

You can start the process by filling out our B1 Online Form. This easy-to-use form simplifies the initial steps, making it convenient for you to provide the necessary information to complete your B1 Annual Return efficiently.

Prepare and File Financial Statements — From €380 + VAT

If this is the company's second or subsequent Annual Return, then it will be required to file Financial Statements in accordance with Irish Company Law. This service involves the preparation of your company's Annual Financial Statements, in compliance with the Companies Act 2014 and Financial Reporting Standards.

The Financial Statements will be provided as part of the B1 Annual Return service, not as a separate service, and the total cost starts from €499 + VAT for the full package (B1 Annual Return + Financial Statements).
