Registered Office Address

Why use a Registered Address Service?

Every Irish company must have a registered office in the State. It is the official address where CRO and Revenue correspondence is sent, and it appears on the public CRO register that anyone can search.

  • Keep your home address private: if you would otherwise use your home, our address is listed as the company's registered office instead, so your home is not published as the registered office on the public record.
  • Stay compliant: the registered office must be a physical address in Ireland (not a P.O. Box). Ours meets the requirement automatically.
  • Never miss official post: statutory mail from the CRO and Revenue is received at our office and forwarded to you, so important deadlines do not slip.
  • A professional business address: present a recognised commercial address rather than a private residence.
Directors and Shareholders

Use the name registered with each person's PPS number

The Companies Registration Office (CRO) checks each director's name, and the Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO) each beneficial owner's, against the Department of Social Protection's record for their PPS number. If the name you enter is different (a shortened first name, or a different surname), the filing is sent back and your company registration is delayed.

Non-Resident Director?

If you go by a different first name, we'll greet you by it in our emails and in MyIncorpro. Your CRO filings will still use the name registered with your PPS number. Already a client? Change it in MyIncorpro instead.

Appoint a Company Secretary

Why appoint a Nominee Company Secretary?

Every Irish company must have a company secretary, who is responsible for ensuring the company meets its statutory filing obligations.

  • Satisfies the legal requirement: if your company has a single director, the law requires the secretary to be a different person. Our nominee fills that role, so a sole director can incorporate without finding a second appointee.
  • Filing obligations managed: the secretary's statutory duties (maintaining the company registers and ensuring CRO filings like the annual return) sit with an experienced entity.
  • Keep control with your directors: the role is administrative; ownership and decision-making stay entirely with you.
  • One less thing to organise: no need to recruit, vet, or formally appoint an outside individual.
